Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance rules as of July 14, 2022. GetFPV may update these rules at any time and without notice.

GetFPV offers optional shipping insurance to our customers ("Shipping Insurance"). Shipping Insurance is offered during the check-out process when selecting shipping options. Shipping Insurance protects customers against the loss of a package during transit. The period during which the package is insured with this Shipping Insurance ends once the package's tracking details shows the package as "Delivered". When the package still shows tracking updates, no claims can be made. Shipping Insurance will provide customers a full refund for the order, including shipping charges, when the package has not shown any tracking updates for a) 30 calendar days for packages shipped to locations within the 50 states of the USA; and b) 60 calendar days for orders shipped to locations outside the 50 states of the USA.

Shipping Insurance is currently available for Credit Card and Paypal orders only.
