What Qualifies?

Your product may be eligible for price matching if it is:

The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify.

• At the time of sale, we price match these companies' online prices and we price match products shipped from and sold by these drone and FPV racing online retailers: Banggood (USA warehouse), Race Day Quads (RDQ), Piro Flip RC, Ready Made RC (RMRC), Heli-Nation, and Amazon.
• If we lower our price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance and open-box items). One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current price available to all customers is allowed.

• The online prices of retailers not listed in the Special Considerations section.
• Pricing only available to select groups of customers including loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership programs and government exchange store offers.
• GetFPV reseller and distributor transactions.
• Pre-order and trade-in offers, eBay store offers, and special daily or hourly sales.
• Bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, Point of Sale Activation cards, voice-only deals, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by GetFPV or a competitor.

To request a price match, please contact [email protected] within 14 days after purchase.  In the email, please provide the web address or a screenshot of the lower price.  To qualify, it must be listed by one of our key competitors.  GetFPV will then review and verify the price match request within 2-3 business days.

GetFPV.com price match requests can also be completed in our store in Sarasota Florida.

A price match request after a purchase from GetFPV.com can be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped, or by the person who was billed for the purchase.

The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor's current ad or notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the designated major online retailer on a GetFPV device to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Yes. So long as the price match requested is on an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met.

If you purchase a new item at GetFPV.com (which includes a purchase from GetFPV.com orders with store pickup) and if the item is offered at a lower price in the store when you pick it up, you will be refunded or offer a GetFPV coupon for the price differences. Excludes employee discount purchases.

If the price of an item drops at GetFPV at any time before its scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax. To receive the lower price, you must call 1-941-444-0021. If you see a lower price at GetFPV.com or a key competitor's web site, all conditions apply from our standard Price Match Guarantee.

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if GetFPV has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

No. GetFPV does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.

No. GetFPV does not match our competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.

GetFPV does match competitors' coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. GetFPV does not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.

GetFPV matches the pre-tax price. We also take tariff and sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We do offer discounts to lower the final cart price to match key competitors'.

If the price of a pre-order item drops at the time of shipment, you will be refunded the lower price or offered a GetFPV coupon for your next order.
