This KISS ESC offers great compatibility to a wide range of motors. The fast 32it Arm Cortex CPU runs the ESC very effectively for improve reaction times.
The 24 Race Edition is laid out as a beefy ESC, which can withstand FPV race conditions. There are several mechanisms to protect your valuable equipment, and the rating of 24A wont need direct cooling. Partial mounting works too.
No need to spend time changing firmwares, simply solder and fly (some solder skills are the only needed skills). First ESC with with oneshot42 support (dont worry, Oneshot125 and normal PWM are auto detected too). Offers easy to use telemetry function over the regular servo connector which you can use in combination with our KISS-FC.
- 32-bit ARM Cortex MCU @ 48Mhz
- Telemetry capability (current, voltage and speed / RPM will be covered by the ESC itself and to compatible devices such as our KISS FC forwarded)
- Over Current Protection. Measures the current and active limiting at 30A.
- Fast reacting over heating protection. Reducing the throttle when exceeding 120° C, wile not simply shutting down the unit.
- Advanced Auto Timing (3.25 to 30 ° are at each engine step readjusted, unique to the 32bit Kiss ESC line)
- For Race Multicopter Developed (24A continuous without direct cooling *)
- High max. Speed ??(450.000ERpm, 64.000Rpm at a 14POL Motor)
- Fine speed control (about 950 steps, real resolution)
- No external ElKo (electrolytic capacitor) necessary
- Fast reacting throttle changes
- Linear throttle response
- Active freewheeling enabled (little diode losses resulting in higher efficiency)
- Regenerative braking, thereby rapid throttle response at deceleration (the ESC uses active freewheeling and regenerative braking, 2 independent features which relates to each other in different working states)
- Fast switching FET by the use of gate drivers
- Minimal dead times by an adaptive dead time
- 2-5S LiPo capable
- Oneshot42, Oneshot125 and normal (25 - 500Hz) PWM is detected automatically.
- Current Draw: 24A Continuous
- Voltage Range: 2-5s Lipo
- Weight: 3.53g
- Size: 19mm x 27mm x 4.5mm
- 1x KISS 24A ESC Race Edition Board
Love these ESC's review by joshua on 5/11/2017
These ESC's are on the waaayyyyyy expensive side LOL. but paired with the kiss FC are awesome. the telemetry option is killer and I can pull in mah and voltage right into my radio. wish more ESC's had this.
I have two Kiss rigs with these ESC's and both run really well and have no problem pushing 2205 motors. I don't know that I would put larger then 2206 2400kv motors on them though...remember they are only 24 amp. with all these larger/higher KV 2306 2700kv size motors that is pushing it with these ESC's in my opinion.
Too expensive to be so sensitive review by Daniel on 4/6/2017
I do like KISS ESC's and their FC, however, the esc's seem to be fragile. I had 2 KISS rigs running smoothly, my first had survived multiple rugged crashes with zero issues. My 2nd rig fell out of the sky at a race when some jumped my signal.
3 ESC's DIED when it hit the GRASS.... WOW. No ugly 100 foot tumble, No yard sale with quad parts everywhere, just "pow" on the grass and 3 ESC's completely shot. I wish i had video so I could edit the fall and add money flying out of the quad as it hits the grass lol.
Skeptic no more review by Levi on 3/30/2017
I was skeptical of these escs since they came out. I thought the price was too high, and the performance wouldn't be any better. I played with multishot on F390s and was convinced that was the best. I decided to try these and got a set for Christmas as a gift. I put Dshot on them, and immediately fell in love. I believe that the kiss secret sauce is not their FC, but their ESCs. I have since replaced all my F390 and BLheli_s escs with these, and with the right esc cover, I don't worry much about the cost. These are incredibly smooth, and until I hear that BLheli_s no longer gets that yaw twitch, I will stay with these Kiss escs. I was getting the worst yaw twitch with blheli_s, soft mount and all. The moment I put these KISS escs on, the twitch was gone. Ive never had a better flying fleet. Even though they are rated at 24a and have a 30a limiter, I easily run 2207 motors with 5x4x4 props no problem. Do it, buy these and never look back.
Amazing!!! review by colten on 1/19/2017
Flashed with d shot and you got a monster quad!!!

these ESCs are super simple and keep the kwad flying smoother than anything ive ever flown before
fly with these, you will not be dissapointed
KISS ESC SUX review by dp4349 on 12/6/2016
Not to sure what's wrong here. I have been over wiring diagram numerous times. Not that its a bad esc just not a good one. My recommendation is don't spend you money here. Anyway apparently the people above thought they were awesome, but definitely not my experience.
excellent ESC, but pricey review by Joel on 11/30/2016
Excellent ESC, especially if you are pairing this with the KISS FC and planning to use the telemetry function - just that they are pricey compared to other ESCs out there. ESCs version 1.02 and higher can be upgraded through the KISS Chrome app, which is cool. Blue lights on the top of the ESCs for status is nice too!
Outright Fantastic review by InsomiaFPV on 11/29/2016
I had to ponder giving these ESCs a five star rating for value because they are certainly pricey, even more so when you change the USD over to CAD; however I would not hesitate to purchase any Flyduino products again. Yes they did have issues in the beginning with their early ESCs but those problems aren't present in the 24A RE. As another reviewer said, there is certainly a reason all the top pilots use these ESCs even if they aren't combining it with the FC. And it was these factors combined with the fact that I have punished my 24A REs without mercy and the only thing I have done is managed to burn out one of the ESC signal LEDs. I think Felix is justified asked what he is for these ESCs especially with what you get. If they are in the budget definitely purchase them, if they aren't in the budget something like the Aikon SEFM or the new TBS Bulletproof BLHeli S ESCs would be a great stand in for substantially less.
The best ESC in the world. review by Johnny on 10/5/2016
Simply the best ESC in the world. There is a reason all of the top pilots fly kiss 24a and kiss fc.
Great ESC review by Jim jr on 7/11/2016
The price is a little steep but well worth it. I have tried plenty of escs and this is by far the best. Little bees are great but this takes it to the next level.
