Live Chat
We have live chat on our site for shopping assistance. Simply visit any page and a chat window will pop up when an agent is online.
Please note we are unable to add to or swap items on orders or combine orders for shipping.
What we can do is cancel and remove items from an order or cancel an order entirely up to the point it has been packed up so that it can then be replaced as needed.
If you need us to do either of the above, please call or email us ASAP as we pack orders very quickly!
You also have the ability to cancel your order yourself in your account under "My Orders" if you were logged in at the time of placing the order and if it has not been packed and shipped already.
