To finish it off the kit includes your choice of a premium grade racing LiPo battery by Lumenier to get you started.

This combo pack is recommended by Flite Test for the new VersaCopter.

Great package full of extremely high quality parts. ESCs are pre-soldered for convenience, motors and props are exceptional. If you are new to the hobby or the Naze32, invest in a quality soldering iron and some practice materials such as a PCB board and a bag of pin headers if you don't feel confident soldering the pins onto the Naze32 right away. The board does not come with 90 degree headers for the reciever pins, the Flitetest versacopter dosent have enough internal space to allow for the vertical pins and the connectors. I used a jewelers saw to cut a row off of a 3pin 90 degree header for this purpose.

On batteries, go with the 2250mah size, unless you want 2 minute flight times anything smaller isn't really worth it. The batteries are great quality, just a little too small to have an enjoyable flying experience.
