Summary of FPV News – Episode 10
In this episode of FPV New, Average Hobbyist covers some of the newest and most unique FPV gear out there! First up are a few new releases in the microquad category!
Micro Brushless Motors
Tiny Whoop has released new brushless motors into the wild:
- Profuse Juice – 803 / 20,000kv Brushless 1S Motors
- Toot Juice – 803 / 12,000kv Brushless 2S Motors
- Smooth Juice – 603 / 15,000kv Brushless 1S Motors
Lil’ Deuce has also released a new motor, and keeping with the theme, it’s called the “Lil’ Floater”!
- Lil’ Floater – 1103 / 8000kv Brushless 3S Motors
RacerXFPV has released a new frame, called the Speed Racer Twig, perfect for you microquad / microbrushless builds. It comes in at at 7.9 grams, and offers either a 6.6mm or 9mm motor mounting options.
FPV Cameras
RunCam has announced the new Split 3 in two new flavors, the Micro and the Nano. Both offer the same great features, including 1080p/60fpv HD recording, Anti-drop SD Card mounting, Power-off protection for video files, Wide voltage range (5-20v) and switchable FPV video aspect ratio.
Foxeer is also adding a new camera to the lineup, the Predator Nano! It’s a 14mm x 14mm camera boasting a 1000TVL sensor. It takes 4-25v power input, and also has switchable aspect ratio. Look for both these cameras soon on the GetFPV store!
DJI Digital HD FPV Goggles
